The ground-floor classrooms in Janata Vidyalaya School, Matori, lack lights and fans, leading to challenges during frequent power cuts and load shedding. The high electricity bills further compounded the issue. UBA Engineering students identified this problem during a survey and addressed it with the implementation of an "Off-Grid Solar Power System for School," providing a cheap and sustainable energy source. The project is approved by Rural Energy System SEG and funded by the National Coordinating Institute UBA 2.0 (IIT Delhi)
